Early Warning India project's objective is to change mindsets in entrepreneurship education, training, counselling, policies and in society to see failing/failure not as a shame, but as an integral part of the life cycle of a company, i.e. something normal and possibly a necessity, and failure should be rather considered as a learning process and as an opportunity to fall and rise up again, avoiding the mistakes of the past.
Early Warning India project endeavors to bring its experience and knowledge to the Startups and their community. The Early Warning India project will go one step further, not only helping companies in distress, but preventing failures in start-ups and MSMEs and empowering entrepreneurs to anticipate, to recognize and to detect risks, to develop strong mitigation strategies, to press the emergency button and seek advice as early as possible, preventing damage to the local economies, creditors and the staff and their families involved. If risk mitigation strategies do not work, targeted counselling and training will be provided to encourage honorable entrepreneurs to design and create resilient and future-proof start-up.
When you contact us, you will initially have a telephone conversation with one of our experienced consultants , who will get an initial overview of the nature of the challenges you have. The conversation ends with an appointment for a meeting.
At the meeting, you and the consultant will review and discuss your situation together, and create an overview of possible initiatives and solutions. At the end of your meeting, the main points of an action plan will be outlined and the subsequent concrete steps will be agreed.
Often you will be offered advice by one of our experienced volunteer counselors . We will find exactly the one who has the best conditions to assist in solving your specific challenges, and the final choice of volunteer advisor will be made in collaboration with the consultant.
