 I am a veteran social entrepreneur passionately working on increasing operational efficiency of MSME units in India thus increasing 3 cr to 4cr low skill jobs.

I have completed my B.E. in metallurgy from M.S. University, Baroda in 1974, and have 39 years of experience in the engineering industry and 6-7 years in consulting.

During the course of my career, I have revitalized many MSME units. I have got wide knowledge in MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) and I am in various committees & represent the interest of MSME units.

Now I am at that stage of life where I am trying to give back to society. I am pretty sure I can create a great impact using my domain knowledge and experience and this is what drives my passion towards creating 10x growth kind of mindset and handhold unit preparation for IPO. I again believe my goal can affect many lives in a positive way. I have founded organizations SMEA Analytics, Growth Idea Lab and Smegil Consultancy Private Limited to help MSME ecosystem.
SMEA Analytics focusly work on improving Operational efficiency and Profitability in MSME sector across India ,in this endeavor ,We Conceptualized, Designed and delivered Software Product - BABAGIS - Business Analytics Business Augmentation Growth Information System ,which help Entrepreneur to generate multiple ratios in Liquidity ratio, Return ratio, Operational ratio, Debt service Coverage ratio& Solvency ratio through loading Balance Sheet Information and second product is EMPULSE - Employee Pulse - a HR tool focused on building Employee primary database, understanding and improving employee productivity , Employees opinion on his role, Supervisor and Organization and his career aspirations , Employee Skills and gaps .

I am also Director of GTGF India Pvt. Ltd. & Auspro Services Pvt. Ltd.

I authored the book 'The Unexplored Goldmine: The opportunities in the revival of sick MSMEs' that captures the plight of the sector.
Now, my second book, "Churn or Burn" is an effort to speedup the understanding of management of MSME entrepreneurs which can be a guide to all MSME entrepreneurs irrespective of their stage.

I have coined a word "Accidental Entrepreneur" as large no. of entrepreneurs are lured by promotional schemes of Government.

I have traveled widely and have business associations in Australia as well.

My focus is to help MSME units to increase their operational Efficiency by analyzing their balance sheet and profit & loss for free of cost and to develop Z Score for MSME.
