As a Strategy Head for many organizations including the likes of Arvind Mills and DS Group and also having been associated with likes of Maruti, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen and Apollo Group he believes that being a Mentor is being a Guide and an Advisor who can ensure that the three important following aspects of advice are always met:

a) Never be myopic (short term) but see through your vision / actions and pre-empt to the extent you can.

b) Always take a holistic view of situation / actions (have the bigger picture in mind)

c) Always link it to the context as there is never one size fitting all and nothing remains relevant for ever, especially in the current dynamic situation which also keeps regularly evolving.

Being a thorough professional with rich and diversified experience of more than 20 years across sectors and domains and backed by qualifications such as CA (Merit Holder), LLB, CWA and being an Alumni of ISB/Kellogg’s and SRCC, Delhi University, he is well placed to share his experience and knowledge for the benefit of aspiring entrepreneurs and struggling businesses. 

Strategy is his forte and is important all through for all businesses all across sectors and at all levels. The degrees may vary but not the importance. It’s all about optimizing the utilization of resources at your disposal be it HR, Finance or Time and in the process finding the balance to cover your downside. He enjoys playing the devil’s advocate to get you the other side of the picture and prepare yourself for the next steps irrespective of the stage of business you are in.
