Awadesh Mishra

Mishraji is a senior Management Consultant and an ex technocrat. He was the Managing Director of the IDBI subsidiary, Consulting organization. Prior to being the Managing Director, he held a senior advisory role in the same organization. In his capacity as Managing Director, Mishraji had a team handling Business Development, Studies, Project Reports, Project financing, Marketing and Entrepreneurship Development Programmes. 

He has been instrumental in reviewing many schemes of the Central and State Governments pertaining to business restructuring and prepares manuals for the same.

He has successfully Rehabilitated Sick units. Turnaround of business was a major area of operations as the Managing Director. Mishraji has been also involved with The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD). He was instrumental in turning around organization in a short span of time. He played a pivotal role in planning of businesses turnarounds and consequent action in this regard. He strove to diversify and enhance the clientele, change the product and the turnover increased many folds in few years in some cases. Incubation centers were setup in Garments, Artificial Jewelry and Beauty & wellness. 

He has presented papers in India and abroad on turnaround management and business rescue. Foreign assignments from different countries too have been handled by him.
